has anyone heard of it? it is a messamger that allows you to use all of your messangers under one application, have msn and yahoo? it brings them together. I just got it today, and have been playing around learning a little about it, and so far the only draw backs I see is that you can not play the games, or use the audibles on yahoo, or msn, and now background is supported at this time. and also when you try and change your text face, it crashes. but it has fun features like buddy pounce, where you can set it to send a message everytime someone comes online, or starts to type, and that is funny..anyway enough talk, if you want to check it out here is the link....

Yep I'm using it always since I started using linux. I like it a lot more than trillian which I used in linux. Great thing it runs under windows too. Thanks for the info!

:D glad to be of help, I must say I like it alot, and am going to use it instead of the messangers themselves :D

I only dislike that the message notification isn't perfect. First I was using none at all now I have the plugin that shows the number of unread messages but it doesn't seem to notice between 2 different messengers. I don't see msn notification if I have an IRC window open (msn gets added in a tab next to it)

I have never heard of it. I'll give it a try.

Hmm... looks interesting. I'll give it a little trial and see how it goes. Thanks, Stormy

I've been using Trillian for years, which serves the same purpose. People who have every single individual messenger client installed instead, are silly :D

Oh and yeah, I had heard of GAIM before since nearly everyone who uses Linux uses it for IMing.

that is the beauty of it, your friends do not have to use it ;) they can be on msn, yahoo, aim even ICQ and you can im them with this no matter what account you have
