What are some of the Clans or Guilds that are for this game?
And how to join them.

Maybe I'm mistaken, but I think the clan and guilds that have been forming here at IW are intended for Neverwinter Nights, which has tenatively scheduled for release sometime between between now and March. NWN will have up to 64 players in a (online multiplayer) game and will be DMed.

There may be clans specifically for BG, but here at IW, they seems to be more class-oriented. Definitely not what you're used to at Realms.
