2 fighter : valagry (or somethine link that )
3 jahera = right now its Nalia ( her Quest )
4 yoshimo
5 arie
6 me Cledric/mage

now do i keep that team or do i change to evil ?

Edwin is THE mage. He just rulez.
BUT, if you are not a powerplayer, I sugest you chose NPCs after their aligment. Edwin is Evil, Nalia is Good. The NPC should match you.

It's perfectly o.k. to have lawfully good AND chaotic evil members in one party
It gets a little hot sometimes, but there shouldnt be any real problems ...
OnLy a few people DO give trouble though, some NPC's just ant stand eachother,
The best example would be MinSc-EdWin ... they WILL fight with eachother, you have to choose between them.

Edwin is the best playable mage there is, only if your own character would be a 18-intell. sorcerer, you'd have a chance to match his spellcasting power,

like valagary and nalia are valagry defend nalia that she can
do some magic and shoot with her bow and stuff ...

than its me and arie we have bolt a sling and a staff of magi and rynn

i can drop yoshimo but whos gonna lock pick ?

Funnest ofcourse will be to start a good-party first and a evil-party later
So i suggest you start of with nalia maybe replace her with Imoen later

There is a Quest with Edwin
But It will not give you any XP as far as I know
It's just Hilarious
