I also have another question about beholders. This is for my NWN Mod, Underdark Blues Part 3: The "Optomatrist" Can Beholders also raise armies of Undead?

PS: The Poll is unrelated: It just popped into my head. The way I see it, a fantasy movie without Undead is like a Hot Dog without buns -- It's nothing!

<font color=skyblue>I would say "no" Beholders have never been known to have undead armies...but that is not saying that it cannot happen. A DM can do as he likes. It would just be odd to the players that are hardcore gamers. </font>

Why not? the first thing that comes to mind is a beholder mage that specializes in necromancy or even a beholder mage-become-lich.

Hey new monster inspiration! Undead beholders. Hmmm my DM wheels are turning.... :D

They're not, no. Theres a beholder mage who has no eye...looks suspiciously like the undead beholder in the monstrous manuals.
