I'm totally lost! I went down the stairs that collapsed, abd got the bauble stick & the crystal out of the water. The crypt WT says to use the crystal in the large room to call the elevator. Where do I use it? I think I've tried every spot in that room, but nothing happens. They ARE talking about the room you come to after the stairs collapse, aren't they?

I've been thoroughly enjoying this game so far. I haven't played a good RPG since M&M8. Hope someone can help me out here.

Otherwise across from the stairs that collapsed is a big door. On the left is a small grove, put the crystal in that and then click on it and it opens. Well more like moves since it is an elevator.

Aslo a walkthrough for the cyrpt is found on the cd and only for the cyrpt. I found it after I was through it for the first time. Anyway go start programs your W&W director and the click on online help. One of the links is for a mini walktrhough.

Small groove. I thought you were talking about trees for a moment there. And that groove is VERY hard to see. As are some keys that monsters drop.
