how do i get to the next location from the tomb

Well - rather hard to say since you didn't tell us where you are in the tomb, what you have completed, etc.

Once you solve the ligh obelisk puzzle and talk to Anephas, a door (not far from Anephas) that previously you could not open (it is in a room with fallen columns) is open and this leads you into the last game area. Hope that gets you on your way!
