Ok, I'm getting a lot of requests for sigs, and these are tending to get scattered in several threads around Gen Con. So, out of respect for Ziroc so we won't have the board swamped with sig request threads, and so I can quickly find them all in one central location, I'm creating this thread.
If you wish for me to render you a graphic signature, please post a request here, along with anything specific you wish for me to do in it. I will render these on a first-come, first-serve basis. Currently, I have three pending: Pangur Ban Dundee Slaytern Lord Exxon that is, I think. I hope I haven't overlooked anyone, in which case, please post up here and remind me! That's what I mean; after a bit, it gets hard to keep track of who asked for what. This will be a nice, single location for everyone to request sigs and then pick them up when completed. Thanks! We're now open for business! http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no.../xyxthumbs.gif Cheers, ------------------ http://www.wizardrealm.com/images/saz1.gif Patience, my BUTT...I'm going to KILL something!!! |
I would greatly appreciate if you would make on for me.
Thanks in advance if you decide to do it. As far as specifics...none come to mind. Off topic, Do you frequent Lucky Lou's? [This message has been edited by Mitro Jellywadder (edited 10-24-2001).] |
Well, you asked...
Could you possibly incorporate a GIF of a dwarf into my sig somehow? I've been looking for a GIF of a dwarf and have come up empty handed. I know that you proabably don't want repeat customers. thanks ------------------ "I know that you believe you understand what you think I said, but I'm not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant." -Robert McCloskey http://www.wizardrealm.com/images/hs2.gif http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...lil-ribbon.gif

Token lackwit of HADB
Sycophant to the Wolf of Azure Hue
Long lost brother of DragonMage
Bearer of a work of art created by Sazerac
Jeg burde blive gennembanket for min flatulens.
|
Hey, no problem, Mitro Jellywadder and Hiram Sedai! It may be a day or so, but I'll definitely get to you. http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...iles/smile.gif
Mitro, at least, do you have a color you would like? That will help. http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...iles/smile.gif Cheers, ------------------ http://www.wizardrealm.com/images/saz1.gif Patience, my BUTT...I'm going to KILL something!!! |
Dark blue would work fine. Thanks. Lucky Lou's?

I'd really appreciate anything you might deem suitable for me Saz. I could use a new sig picture and I'd be very grateful if you could find me anything http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...iles/smile.gif

Oh boy Saz! http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...s/biglaugh.gif It's awful nice of you to do this for folks but I think you may have opened up a can of worms here. Prepare to be swamped with requests. Guys, remember to say thanks when Saz does one for you.

Saz, could you possibly do one for me?
Nothing fancy, just a red-robed mage that looks something like Edwin from BG1(BG1, not BG2, he looks ugly in BG2, too many piercings.). |

I didn't get a response from you before, so I thought I'd ask again. I realize the mood of the forum has changed since I asked, and my original concept of "fun" doesn't apply now. Thinking back on it, it was probably never the best idea http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...iles/frown.gif Using it to point out how silly I can be might offend others, and since that was never my intent I will not be doing that. I just want to be a regular guy posting with a fictional name like everyone else. Is that ok? I hope so, but if not let me know. I do like the name, and hope you'll put me back in my big, comfy chair. After all, it's in the Smithsonian Institute, so with your help, I'd love to put it on display here http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...iles/smile.gif ------------------ "Those were the days." http://www.allinthefamilysit.com/images/center_2new.gif |

Can we use the sig shop to post questions on other sig related or www issues, or should we open up a separate thread? ( Sneaks question in ... just in case the answer is no !! http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...iles/smile.gif ) Saz, I've found the kitty image I want - only trouble is I have no way of uploading an animated gif to my home page. Office 97's Word Web page creator only lets you use a static gif. Can you ( or anyone else ) recommend a simple, easy to use, web page design program that will allow me to do this? Freeware would be nice - but I'm prepared to pay for something that works well. BTW, Beaumanoir, did you ever pick up your sig I did? I posted it up yesterday, but I see you're still using the old one. If it's not to your liking, let me know and I'll do what I can to change it.
Here it is again, in case you missed it: http://www.wizardrealm.com/images/beau.gif Mirac, that sig looks GREAT for Alex! http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no.../xyxthumbs.gif Is that from Neverwinter Nights? I think you were talking to me, Wolfgir. My passion is dwarves. They are the underdogs of the forgotten realms. This messageboard is rife with elves and sorcerers. Any help would be welcome though. (That's if you were talking to me. If not, disregard this post please. Hey look over there, is that a half human, half elf Dragon Mage?) ------------------ "I know that you believe you understand what you think I said, but I'm not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant." -Robert McCloskey http://www.wizardrealm.com/images/hs2.gif http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...lil-ribbon.gif

Token lackwit of HADB
Sycophant to the Wolf of Azure Hue
Long lost brother of DragonMage
Bearer of a work of art created by Sazerac
Jeg burde blive gennembanket for min flatulens.
|
It may be a bit before I can get back around to you, Hiram, so if you're in a spot, if Wolfgir can come up with a dwarf for you, then that would be terrific. http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...iles/smile.gif Otherwise, I can, but it may be Saturday or Sunday.
Apologies if I've seemed slow with the signatures. Working 10+ hour days teaching is killing me. Just FYI: I'm working a 42-hour teaching schedule this term. Now, for those in the regular workplace who normally work a 40-hour schedule, this may not seem like that much. However, because of the outside work one has to do teaching (grading, lesson plans, class prep), this is akin to working about a 60 hour week. The State of Texas actually forbids teachers to work over 30 hours a week (max full time), so what they're doing with my schedule right now is EXTREMELY illegal (but as long as I don't complain, no prob...and I need the cash right now before the holidays!) So please don't fret...I haven't forgotten anyone. This afternoon, I'm going after those sigs hot and heavy. Most of my work, though, will probably have to be on the weekends...so now is the time to get your "orders" in if you are interested in a graphic signature. http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...iles/smile.gif Cheers, ------------------ http://www.wizardrealm.com/images/saz1.gif Patience, my BUTT...I'm going to KILL something!!! |
No need to hurry Saz, we'll survive without fancy sigs.
|
Sazerac, there is absolutely no need for apologies. I'm grateful for what you've alredy done with my sig. I hope you find a break in all of the madness.

Please, don't feel like you guys are "putting me out" by doing these. I love doing them...it's a creative release for me.
It's not altogther altruistic, either. I'm using what I do in a portfolio so I can show prospective clients what I can do for them in graphic designs for web sites. http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...miles/wink.gif http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...es/biggrin.gif Cheers, ------------------ http://www.wizardrealm.com/images/saz1.gif Patience, my BUTT...I'm going to KILL something!!! |
