The Team BG site is down, as others have noted on various threads here. I'm wanting this mod. Does anyone have a link to it elsewhere? thanks.

I have the compressed file (.ace), without .tis on my disk. That means you have to extract the .tis file out of BG1 (you need IETME for that, and I believe it is at TeamBG as well). But it doesn't indulge me to send 13.4 MBs by ISDN.

TeamBG is actually back up.

Mirrabbo should really get around to using TISpack so he can distribute that TIS file without adding 13 MB to the distribution. I know he knows about it.
