Thanks everyone!! I may try a cavalier.
I won the game with a conjurer and a druid.
I only had a romance with Jaheira. I want
to have a romance with the lovely Aerie!!!
Who should I take besides Keldorn?(I always
take him) I don't want two paladins in my
party.

Take Jan and Minsc.

I think you should choose a sorcerer or a swashbuckler. The swashbuckler gets a AC bonus every five levels and once in TOB you get use any item that allows your swashbuckler to wear things like full plate mail.

It's really your choice.. I'm a warrior specialist.. practically the only classes i play are warriors, no mages, no druids.. (Maybe a cleric though).. It's just my personal preference and what I'm good at... What do you like to play?

I really REALLY like spell casters,
thats why I had such a hard time deciding.
I WILL one day play a sorcerer (solo???)

And besides, what can be more fun than playing a traditional, stereotypical, muscular hero such as a Cavalier (don't answer that http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...iles/smile.gif)

Actually, save Golems, Sorcerers have an easier time against monsters than Cavaliers. Their only main disadvantage is that they need rest to recharge their spells.

Once again, it's your decision... Maybe you could start a multiplayer game with both cavalier AND sorceror.. Rather than have one or the other...

PS you can move multiplayer saved games to single player if you didn't already know that...

I don't agree Neb. My cavalier with Carsomyr and ring of Gaxx was affected by few spells (only lvl 8-9) and he had great saving throws, along with a THAC0 of -11.

That is because you are fighting against a AI Mage. http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...miles/wink.gif Play against a human Sorcerer though... and heh heh heh... ...

At lower levels, a Cavalier is stronger than a Sorcerer. This is true. Once the Sorcerer attains level 18 though... the Sorcerer will chew the Cavalier out.

If not a Sorcerer casting total oblivion, then a Cavalier meting out justice. Otherwise, I think I will just be a Blade and torture my enemies with, "My Heart Will Go On".

I though that was the shapeshifter?
Anyway, id go with the cavelier. Ive been playing one for AGES and he has never let me down. He's by far my favourite char.
