Yes there will be a bg3 but throne of bhaal is the end of the bhaal spawn

Actually I think Throne of Bhaal is intended to be the last of the BG trilogy. I'm rather sick of the Baldur's Gate setting myself. Now if only we had BG2's replayability with BG1's world..

No, no, no, Torment with BG2's replayability, I hope that they bring some of the BG2 and BG1 chars into BG3, like Tiax, Edwin, Jan, Minsc, Aerie, Kivan, Quayle, Anomen, Keldorn, Branwen, Viconia, and Valygar, and maybe some of the Torment characters as well, like Dak'kon, Morte, Annah and Nordom, and maybe increase the max party size by one or two, I always end up having some damn hard choices to make about my party, and it is often the Fun vs Strength vs Storyline thing, like whether to bring along Minsc, Jaheira, and Imoen, or Jan, Edwin, Aerie, Valygar and Minsc, or Keldorn, Minsc, Jan, Anomen, and Aerie, those are my three favorite parties.
