Ive talked to rose and she identified the smell. I went to the tanner and he just denies it.. what's my next step?

He will say 50, then 5 and at this point I gave him money (I am good, and not heartless http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...es/biggrin.gif). But I was told that he would reduce his request further.
