Okay all, here's the deal. I just went to Nalia's father's funeral and Isaea was all like "I'm gonna get you!" and Nalia was all like "Puleaz!" and then I went to the Docks District (or was it the Bridge district?) and he had her arressted! So I found evidence against him and talked to Barg but they still wont let me gets my Nalia back! I need a "charge" to bring him up on! Help! What am I not doing?

Now, just to check with you on the details. I take it that someone approached you straight after Nalia was arrested and therefore led to the hunting-for-evidence quest. If I'm not mistaken, you have to go 2 places - bridge district (sea bounty's inn) and Roenall's home (Government district) itself.

Have you done both? That should give you all the evidence you need, and you can approach Barg again.
