can anyone tell me where you can get the celestial fury+3 and the viconias robe... i cant find it anywhere... also where is the sword that you can level drain enemies at it... kinda cool...

1. Celestial Fury - in the Guarded Compound in the Temple District.
2. Viconia Robe - I think you mean Vecna's Robe, that's an item that you can buy with the collectors edition.
3. Blackrazor - don't bother looking for it, you won't have access to it till the very end of the game.

The first demon you meet, named Greed? He says you can free the genie one of two ways - by killing him or by freeing him. If you kill him you get to keep the sword but your alignment changes (obviously).
