Ok, when i went to the graveyard district i help that guy who was barried alive out of his grave and he mentioned that the person who did this to him wore red, and when i talked to some other guy he told me that the man in red can be found in the Bridge district, so far ive looked and not seen him anywhere. Any ideas?
