Ok, I restarted my game from an earlier save, and now I just managed to wup the globe and the demons. But no matter how many times I go upstairs or what I do, Captain Pardu won't appear. I can't go any further, and so far, this game has managed to do this a lot to me.
Any help would be appreciated.

Ummm is this in the severed hand?? If it is explain the quest a bit more and i will be able to help you!!!!

Did you remember to see the priest in the prison? Also, be sure to talk to Rikki the Drow. You may need to do those things before you can continue.

he will appear only if you have done all the quests that are a "must" in the severed hand, and when rikki told you that you must intercept the 0.5dragons delegation. Then you go to the war tower, there is on the highest level a stuuuuupid orog, kikk him and he will direct you to pudu, via scroll that you find on his body.
