Is the Heart of Winter a downloadable expansion, or a store bought one like TOSC?

HoW you must buy in stores. Trial of the Luremaster is a downloadable (free) expansion.

Just to add: Trials works only if you have HoW installed. So if you don't have Heart of Winter, don't bother with Trials.
