With 3000 members that would be a lot of work (if you wanted to keep there stats). I see html is enabled. Is there a way to make my text glow using html?

I know I need the Font for text size and color. I need the TD Style to make the text glow. What is Table, and TR used for? Why doesn't the TR tag have an end tag (/TR)?
