After two months my best friend convinced me to draw. He lent me books and other things to assist me and they helped too. I started seriously drawing yesterday. I admit it was pretty fun and now I am focusing them on the face. I have one problem however. Drawing the god damn blood EYES!!. That is always my dead end there. Any tips?

I break it down into a bunch of small pieces. Normally I start with the pupil, and then add on the rest around it piece by piece, but really, there's no set rule. Oh and leave about another eye's width between them for the nose. But then, I'm not sure what sort of style you draw in. I lean towards the more realistic (pencil mainly-b&w/color), so I suppose if you're into anime, there's another method.

i love to draw eyes! i suggest simply getting a magazine (one you don't want to read) and cutting out eyes, and pairs of eyes. now sit and practice. that is the only way to get it down. practice practice practice
