I just killed Bodhi for the second
time and I am thinking of trying
watcher's keep. Am I ready? Here's
my party:

Keldorn 14th level with Carsomyr and
ring of Gaxx

Minsc 14th level with frostreaver &
stonefire

Anomen 19th level with Crom Faeyr

Me (Totemic Druid) Great Druid (Yeah baby!!)

Nalia 15th level with Staff of Magi

Imoen 13th level with Celestial fury.

Yes I did all the quests and no I didn't
cheat.

Look I went to Watcher's Keep and finished it after I had started TOB. My main character was a Paladin with Carsomyr at level 18 and had Jan, Aerie, Jaheira, Minsc (lvl 18, with Crom Faeyr) and Anomen (lvl 21). I had absolutely no problem with the battles, though I didn't try the demogorgon one, and I even found it easy with such a team. So, I don't think you'll encounter any grat problems as far as battles are concerned.

Your party sure looks ready...

Nope, I followed the wonderful advice
from this board and had skeletal warriors
and fire/earth elementals eat them for
lunch while I sat back with chaotic commands
cast on my party.

You most likly are, I went thru it right before i killed Bodhi, my fighter was lvl 18, the rest mostly 15-16 party was Minsc, Jaheria, Imoen, Nalia(I really dont know why..... To much invested on her now to drop her tho http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...iles/frown.gif ) Aerie.
WK isnt to diffacult, some parts are kinda hard, but I never had to much trouble (with enimes) Although some puzzles really stumped me ( no thanks to certen people on this forum.......joking) anywho enough of my rambling.

Where there are monsters and barbarians there will be Byronas fighting against them.

An part should theoretically be able to do watcher's keep, since it gets harder for higher level parties. Also, the number of people in the part affects difficulty.
NB I don't know this for certain, but it does seem to be true from my experience
