For your original party, dump either keldorn or minsc for Jan, Imoen or Yoshimo... you've already got a paladin... You could dump both and get mazzy too.

And get rid of haer dalis and get aerie, she'd be perfect. (AHHH WHAT AM I SAYING!! KILL KILL!!)
