i found the cloak,went trough thoose stairs at the end and it is my
understanding that i should then be teleported back to ulghorts beard
...but i didn´t

i play a solo conjurer so i cant identify the cloak or the stone-thingy
is that the problem,do i have to identify them?

It shouldn't be a problem, I don't think I had either identified.

In my game when I exited the caves I went back to the Ice Island. Then about 10 seconds later I was teleported back to town. Maybe you didn't wait long enough...

i stood out on that island for about 30 sec but thank anyways

That's not an uncommon thing to happen, even though it should not.
From this thread about the same subject, and the information in this one, I would guess that reloading to a point before you exited, and trying again, might work. Otherwise you can try it with resting before you leave, that might work too. Having the items identified or not doesn't seem to have an influence on your teleporting abilities, assuming there is only one cause for your inability to leave the island.
