ummmm, ever since a- YOU HAVE BEEN WAILAID BY ENEMIES AND MUST DEFEND YOURSELF battle, i cannot sleep or save, it says you may not rest at this time or you cannot save in combat i canonly save if i change areas and have an auto save but that sux. i won the battle easy and theres no more bad guys!!!

nope. since then i have moved from the slums to the umar hills to the government district back to the umar hills then to the slums and into the planar sphere, still says it.

Leave the Area. (The autosave must plops upp!)
Then, load the autosave.

Try it!

Now you are able to both sleep and quicksave.

Yes, autosave, reboot the computer and load is the answer to your question.
