I know the lilarcor sword could talk, but are there any other weapons that can talk?

lilarcor maybe crazy, but he's "bloddy" funny in a evil kind of way.

Not in bg as far as i know. There was a talking mace in PsT.

ha HA, so its purpose was served. i like that sword, that is one of the first weapons i go for. easy as hell to get, funny as hell, and its a +3!! WOOHOO!!
i wish i could play a giant, and DUAL-WIELD two-handed swords!! that would be cool, ha HA!!
