In the Bridge district, there's an area called Balthi's estate (or smt like that). What do I do with it? When I go inside, there is a fat guy who tells me to leave or he calls the guards. Help!!!!!!!!!!!

Kill them... kill them all... engage in a sordid slaughter and loot the place. Just be careful not to kill the two servants on the first floor.

By the way, the building is related to Anomen's quest, so you might want to wait until he is knighted first before raiding the place.

Are you sure? I thought it was the Fah'rhad (or smt like that) estate that was related to the Anomen quest (the evil path).

According to Dave Gaider from Bioware the building was part of a full developed Haer'Dalis quest ("The Murder of Acton Balthis") which was removed from the game. Obvioulsy the estate and the butler are the sad remnants of this quest.
