I've had this quest for quite awhile, and have been busy ever since. Now I'm in Shurugeon Castle and have yet to find where to complete this quest. Also, if I've got more than one char. with the quest, does each char. need to give him an arrow?

I sure wish there was a "rest" command to get to sunrise faster. Exploring in the dark is hard!

Torin hangs out just to the east of the Dragon's Spire below the high cliffs.

Btw, if you have a character with the fletchery skill you might want to pick-pocket Torin to get the arrow back. It's quite useful to make cash in the game (see the best tips thread for more info).

Or even just buy it back from him. He sells it rather cheaply...

After all six members of my last party completed the quest, they bought all six arrows back. Enchant one with Damage +9, take two fletchers, and I haven't had a money problem since.

Except one small one. If you pool money and you don't have enough empty inventory spaces, you lose any extra money. Just falls on the floor or something. Thank goodness that leaves you with 10 million at its worst...
