Shoot 'Em Up
Anyone seen this movie? I don't think it created much buzz, and it certainly isn't a masterpiece of cinema, its just a movie with non-stop action and over-the-top violence with some profanity and a smidgen of nudity thrown in the mix. Clive Owen is great as the unstoppable good guy, well kind of the anti-hero, trying to protect an innocent baby. Paul Giamatti is one incredibly sick bad guy who uses a lot of funny quips. Monica Belluci looks greats as always. Now its quite possible that a lot of people will think of this to be moronic nonsense, but I'm glad hollywood stil makes these fun action movies every once in awhile.
