I want 2 know who to dump 4 Imoen.
My party is:
Minsc, Aerie's gaurdian
Jaheira, good and would like to keep her if possible
Sir Anomen, Good fighter also has loads of spells
Aerie Minscs' witch my girl friend and has the most spells
Jan, cool weapon and spells only theif and better than imoen
And I do want imoen back because of the npc in throne of bhall, if you've got him you'll know waht i mean

No, in my game Anomen's are way better.

You already have 3 priests. IMO, remove one of them - two healers are more than enough.
BTW, which class is your main character?

Is it possible to play the game without Imoen?
Why Imoen is necessary for the npc in Tob you're talking about (feel free to spoil me)

Yes. I have played through several times, and when Imoen is found at spell hold, I had a full party. Let her join, but then instantly dismiss her (so you don't have to remove another member of your party) and she says the usual "Alright, no problem here little brother", and leaves for the copper cornet, so you still have your party intact.

3 priests are unnecessary, so I would jettison Aerie unless your keeping her for the romance. Anomen, Minsc and Jan should be kept at all costs.

The npc in throne of bhall is the main enemy from bg1, who you meet in the nine hells. I can't remember his name but you need to use part of Imoens sopul to revive him

No you don't. I imported my SoA character to ToB, and didn't have any Imo with me. You can revive Sarevok without her.

I wont take Imo when I found her jan is a much better thief in my opinion
