Hi,
I was wondering if anybody else out there has encountered this problem. I've got 3 fighters in training to become samurai, and can't find the graveyard where the baton is.
I've gone to the clearing on the south east side near the broken wall of Shurugeon castle and carefully walked the whole perimiter of the castle, and can't find a graveyard. No tombstones, skeletons, grave markers, and certianly no Samurai spirit with a baton.
Is this a bug, or have I missed something. From all of the hints I've read on this board, the southeast corner is where this should be ( though I've looked in the west to no avail ). My characters definitely have the quest to get the baton, as the instructor at the dojo reminds me that I havn't returned with it yet.
I've cleaned out the castle, and one character has delivered a dragon arrow to ascend in the Bushi dojo, if that would somehow keep the spirit from appearing.
Has anybody else run into this problem, and if so, how did you get around it ?

go into the woods near the castle near (I think) the first extension over the water.

It's not really the southeast corner, it's almost due east. You should have seen them by now by accident though, I would try just a bit north from where youve been looking. You'll see a small break in the trees...

swim around the moat go in land werever you can (except around drawbridge area) and you will find the graveyard.

Facing the drawbridge go to the left around the castle. Swimming in the moat you will pass a small clearing on the left. This isn't the one. Stay in the moat and continue until you see a second small clearing, on the left. This is the one you want.

I finally found it! Directly east of the castle, second clearing on the left after walking down the east side of the castle. I must have walked by that turn off eight or ten times before finally spotting it.
