Well I knew how to get the image, but how did you animate them like that? Did you do that yourselves?

<font color="silver">That would probably involve finding the image of the specific character, and cutting out the bits you want. Usually, that image would be somewhere in the game directory, a gif file, and a realy hard to guess name like 00010.gif :D </font>
