The actual round has not started yet, we're getting to that next week. First up (now) is the chaos period, which is an oppertunity to
a) get back at people from last round
or b) learn to play the game a bit.

The one week chaos will probably have a very high tick rate (meaning the game goes a LOT faster than it usually does) in addition to the resource bonusses you nrmally recieve.

If you want to skip chaos and wait for next round to start, like I said, it starts next week (probably on Monday)

Still doesn't mean we can't get the alliance up and going though does it?

Okay I signed up, Pink's decided he's too high and mighty to play this round, so I'm Star Child now ;) . I don't have as much time to play this time but since I went back to uni.
