Where the f.... can I find the blade ofn the wave, I have found the shaft in the planar prison but the blade is nowhere to be found, where is it?

in the shark city think when leaving spellhold on the rebel prince. wehen I got there I just killed everyone cause they turned hostile cause i wouldn't "cooperate" with them
