Sir Ryan (?) in the Radiant Heart temple asked my team to find Anarg in the Bridge district. They've searched but can't find him. Does anyone know which building he/she is hiding? Perhaps you also have to visit there on a certain time of day? Clutching at straws here...anyway, can someone help?

As you enter the Bridge district go to the upper right corner. There's a narrow pathway that leads behind the building. The Fallen Paladins are in the clearing that the pathway leads to.
