i would recommend not wasting your money on the licence. Rather just kill the Cowled Wizards whenever they show up. Eventually they give up. Its fun http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...iles/smile.gif

Yeah and with any luck you'll get some lvl9 spells out of it too!
If your not gonna use them, their worth some big bucks!
