I`ve got a big problem,I can`t use the portals after finishing the first level.I`ve got the key to them and I completed
all the tasks.I hope the solution is simple, and that someone has got it.

Unless there is an occasional bug here that I haven't heard about, you are still missing the portal key. There are so many keys to pick up this place it's amazing. The portal key is in the circular oppulent bedroom that is just below and west of the three Faries who ask you to return their acorns to the grove. You know when you enter it because a bell sounds summoning to golem.

Yep, that whole "wand key trap" thing had me a bit confused as well (seems a lot of work to go to for a little hallway). The portal key is the one you can't move around in your backpack, much to my chagrin.
