I just killed that kangaxx demi-lich guy. Before I could kill him he Imprisoned all but 2 of my party menbers (me and Edwin). I used the Freedom spell and my guys came back, but they had blue circles and were not in my party. I try to talk to them but they have nothing to say.

How do I get them back in my party?

If anything you do fail then just Ctrl+Q those dudes back in,

I hit Ctrl + Q standing next to the guys. nothing happened.

What is this ctrl q thing you speak of.

you need to have debug mode enabled for ctrl-q to work. open the file baldur.ini in your baldur's gate II directory and add this line under the [Program Options] section:

debug mode=1

than start the game and it should work.
