What is a clan, how do you join one, what do you do when you join one, and are there any for Sorcerors??????

Sorcerers currently have a choice of Order of the Holy Flame, run by Rikard and Ertai, or a new clan, Wizards of the Light, run by Sorcerer Dave. WotL membership is for those of good alignment only.

To join the OHF, either e-mail Rikard or reply to one of his threads about the clan asking him for more info. The OHF website is currently under construction.

To join the WotL, reply to Sorcerer Dave's thread about the new clan. This clan is brand new, so do not have a website as yet.

For other classes, there is the Laughing Hyenas for Bards, and Kat People for beastmasters & druids.

Paladins and Monks are welcome in the OHF. I'm a Ranger and am a member of this great Clan. Rikard is our overseer though (assisted with Ertai). Some musically talented rogues are already covered by the Laughing Hyenas, but someone should start a clan for thieves (it's very easy to say that considering it won't be me http://www.tgeweb.com/ironworks/cgi-...miles/wink.gif ) There is definitely a gap there, but with all the interest in the various clans I'm sure a thief clan will start sooner or latter.

What do these clans do...how does an individual benefit by joining the ranks of one?

Ertai is a Clanmaster of the same rank as i am and to be honest
Without him i could never do it
