There should be a toolbar where you can click on a button to insert a picture.

I think's that for profile picture but I'm thinking about like normal picture becuase I'm training one arm pullups and I want to put pictures on the blog about progression.

So nobody knows?

Assuming it doesn't have a way to upload a pic, you have to host it yourself. Assuming you have webspace available with your internet access, this is easy. Just upload it to your personal webspace, then reference the url in blogger (whatever that is).

You know, a week after the original post ... I would have read the manual by now. Or the wiki. Or asked another user for help.

But the basic procedure should be the same as posting a pic here. First, get it hosted. Anywhere will do. Secondly, add the appropriate code to your blog. The manual/wiki will have the code you need to use.
