I'm curious if you would maybe do that...to have threads like Cloudy's HTML thread, and Sig info threads, etc... So newbies looking for this info don't have to search...'

Just my 2 cents. ;)

Or for some of the truly hilarious threads that had everyone laughing themselves half to death.

All the fabled threads, for example Rudy's dwarven thrower thread.

And not forgetting things like Rikards 'Bunny' thread - threads which are infinitely useful, intellectual and mentally stimulating.

Indeed, and tributes to IW's, like Moridin's 'Suess on Ironworks' and various fluffy threads. ;)

I may in the future Archive some of the posts.
We're near 200,000 now!

But you would still have to do a search to read those posts. An archived area is just another forum, but with 'read only' premissions on it.

That is one thing I totally hate in this new version of UBB. When you go to the archives, you gotta set your date back to 'show all' to see them.. the old version would mark them as ALL unread, and anyone could go there and 'see' them without knowing to set the date back..

Thanks! :D
