For those seeking wooden stakes, I just stumbled across a merchant in Trademeet that has some. He's just below the Mayors house between the fences. Next to the arhuing philosophers.

In Bodhi's hold there are plenty to get. Look in the chests. Stupid place to find stakes though in a vampire stronghold.

if u join the shadow thieves... in the last mission.. u are to wipe out the vampire stronghold; after accepting the mission.. u will automatically get 3-4 wooden stakes...

And here i was thinking i allways ended up with too many stakes... cant you buy stakes from lots of the temples in the temple district? Or maby only the Lathander temple.
