and another thing, where is cromwell ? i got some weapons parts and some rad scales that need assembling. all the markers on my maps are gone, so i cant find him. any help is appreciated thx.

Cromwell is in the docks district, in the lower right corner. You'll have to take a stair to get into his smitthy.
