Maybe I am dumb, maybe I am lazy, but is there anywhere in the game to get items recharged (i.e. wands, staffs, rings, amulets)? And please no comments on the dumb and lazy

You sell wands/staves if they have at least one charge. Then buy them back, they are fully recharged. Expensive at times but worth it for certain items
