Alright, I have the one that was given to you by the wizzard. The one from the chest in D'soto's room, where he flies around and says nothing. I have the one that you get from the vampire lady in the sewer. I also have one from the bared off room, that you have to pull all the gargoyle yanks to get into.

In all, I have the one that looks like a purple trophy, one that looks like a gargoyle, one that looks like a hand, and one that looks like a used candle that has been melted to look like a knife. Please help me!

I think it is the the room that has the broken gargoyle yank, the one just before the soldiers rooms. How do I fix that yank! Or where is the 5th evil element!

I believe I read how to do this. the last element is in the room with the broken yank. You have to kill the skeleton gaurding it through the window and the door should open.
