You folks have read the "Anduril" thread. I am now trying to create or modify a bastard sword to do as Dundee suggests. However, I can't figure out how to get NI or SK to change/create things. Will someone here hold my hand? Or at least direct me to a website that explains how to do this?
P.S.-- I have a bastard sword in my inventory. I can open my inventory with SK but I can't seem to make any changes to the sword.

You can't change it. You need Near Infinity and/or IEEP. IIRC there must be option Edit somewhere in NI.

<font color = lightgreen>Well, Near Infinity has options for adding equipping effects and/or global effects, but it would be wise to copy a normal sword into the override folder and add what you need to that, rather than trying to create the sword from scratch.
Shadowkeeper isn't a good program for editing items, except for the quantity or number of charges.
