easy kill the red dragon, Adalon, Kangaxx e.t.c.
you need: heroes&weapons(strong enough for these monsters)
when these creatures are neutral you may talk with them. many monsters at first
are neutral (lich from sewers Cult of Eyeless) need to catch them at this
moment. Then attack. monster did nothing just waiting. BUM BAM BAH! 15 seconds
and talk with monster again, and again attack him.

baaah! that's all!

Welcome Mia! I can attest that this "fake talk" strategy works. I had no problems whatsover with Firkraag.

many consider this "strategy" to be bug abuse because it is. BUt if you must - do what you like. But I suggest finding more honest and honorable way of defeating such a beautiful (although evil) creature.

You must remember some monsters like Kangaxx do not suffer real damage when attacked in the blue mode.

ok, just to add to this, the same tactic often works for Pick Pocketing aswell, but I'm not promising that it'll work every time http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...iles/smile.gif.

If you're going to do something like this, you might as well enable the cheat keys and kill everything tough that way. Demogorgon kicked my booty pretty royally the first time I fought him. I changed strategy from what I learned and wasted him in the second fight with nary a respectable hit point amount lost. It's quite possible and sometimes surprisingly easy to beat the tough guys with the right strategy. Check out the effects of some of those weirder specialised weapons and items you pick up. Something else may be more effective for your given situation. Don't underestimate the power of less flashy spells like lower resistance, greater malison, triggers, contingencies, mantles, etc. You have more spells in your book that you can memorize for a reason. Tailor them to your needs for a specific encouter. Things work much easier when you have the proper tools at hand.
