I was under the impression I would be able to do other quests after defeating Irenicus. Even Queen Elisemme said I was robably anxious to leave and do other things (which I was. I had some unfinished business) But the game just ends and that is it! Is there anywhere to go from here in BGII? If so, how?

Unfortunately, you cannot go back to Shadow of Amn( SoA) once you transit to Throne of Bhaal( ToB). http://www.plauder-smilies.de/sad/bluecry.gif

After the Elf Queen says her speech and such, you will immediately be transferred into ToB. You cannot back to the SoA areas.

I appreciate the straight scoop. I'll just make sure I get all the other stuff done next time before I go to the underdark. It seems like that is where you get set on the path you can't get off. Thanks again.

There's a way to go back to SOA areas! I am not sure but I think that by typing the code:CLUAConsole:MoveToArea (hereyouputtheareacode);

Where there are monsters and barbarians there will be Byronas fighting against them.

I already told you Byronas that it probably doesn't work. Anyway, Kurt1, why don't you try playing the game again with a different main character and/or party? You'll receive a new stronghold, do other NPC quests etc.

ummmm... sounds obvious, but why not reload a game prior to the Irenicus fight and... finish the quests?
