I am in the underdark and I am trying to find
the hidden mage. I have killed everything that had to be killed in this area. I have also released all of the jewel facets by the drow party. My journal says something about casting a freedom spell or scroll within the caverns, but nothing seems to work. Please help.

u need a scroll with the 9th level mage spell "Freedom". Don't worry, u can come back later.

you can buy that scroll in the same area of the Duergar I think in the south of the map.
