If I drop Aerie (my baby) for a while (for Cernd's side quest) will it ruin my romance? Also if I accept evil characters to group will it ruin my romance?

I think dropping your love interest will end the romance. Picking up evil characters will not (directly). Howev er if these characters start fighting and kill your love interst, well then you can guess yourself.

usually when two from your party fight, they remove themselves from your party. That means if they die, you won't be able to raise or resurrect them.

booting someone from your party ends the romance. them dying and being resurrected does not. i think there's still a bug where if jaheira gets petrified her script goes wacko. might happen with the others, dunno.
