1) What do i do with my hard won mimic blood?

2) Where are mazzy, haer dalis, Edwin, and the paladin bloke that is ment to be in the temple district i cant find them at all?

1. You give the mimic blood to the cowled wizard in the Umar Hills.

2. Edwin is found in the Maevr(?) guildhall, Keldorn is found in the sewers after taking the eyeless quest and if u go to the five flaggon inn in the bridge and see the play they tell u he is in the sewers...

And Mazzy is in the shadowdungeon, after you get the key and open the cells in the temple ruins.

You have to rescue Haer Dalis from a mad mage in the sewers below the temple district. You first have to locate the secret passage. I think its on the west wall. There are two secret passages in the sewers one to a bunch of mind flayers and one to the mad mage.
