I recall a timer somewhere in the options. I did write down end-game 106 hours on a scrap sheet, from said timer.

I only did the "Stone Prisoner" DLC. Some times I went back over areas, or walked around looking for more random encounters.

Some areas require more puzzle analysis while others require berserk rage.

The only thing I have to compare it too is Morrowind, as there was a time in my life where I did not play RPG due to work and family raising duties.
