After a couple of weeks of travel, where I saw the cities of London, Paris, Vancouver, Atlanta and good 'ole Asheville, Nth Carolina; I am back in Noo Yawk City.

And as sick as a dog. :(

And I've just moved apartments. I'm now subletting off an older African American singer (she moved to Florida), and the place is AWESOME. There's an abundance of African art, really funky, and a LIBRARY!! With heaps and heaps of Black/African history books, sociology and other stuff I wasn't able to move my eyes to (after seeing the first two). Really cool. Wood floorboards, high ceilings, funky furniture. [img]smile.gif[/img] And a piano.

Glad you had a nice time on your sojourn, Yorick. (Why is it only ever called that when you go off somewhere? The rest of us just go off on trips :D ).

Sounds like you have a great new apartment as well, very groovy and interesting. African-American culture is fascinating, I took a college class on it three semesters back.

I hope you feel better soon, by the way... being ill is never a laugh.
